Sub. Holding of Conference at Kaziranga
Comrade,
I am sorry to inform you that we could not hold the conference at Kaziranga during Nov 2012 due to shortage of fund.
Now it was decided as many of our comrades want to hold the conference at Kaziranga only, to hold the conference at Kaziranga during February 2013.
It is therefore requested kindly to take necessary action to fix date and hold the conference at Kaziranga During February 2013. Circle Branch will support by donating a sum of Rs. 40,000/- ( Forty Thousand ) only for this conference. It is also plan to invite our GS for the Conference to be held at Kaziranga.
