            Unity is the strength. Come one come all . Join the Next biennial conference to be held at KAZIRANGA – The National Heritage of India  on 17^th and 18^th November 2012. Sivasagar Division is  going to host the next biennial conference. (*Venue not confirmed).       

            Inspectors and ASPs are exploited by the department like anything. If we fail to  save the Inspectors and ASPs , the back bone of the department, the department will be  no more. This is the only department who serves more than   2 cr. People of India per day.

            To save the department , the service  of the IPs and ASP is inevitable. And to save the existence of IPs and ASPs our existence is must.

            Though the All India Association of IPs and ASPs is one of the strongest Association  under India Post. The association is fighting for various issues since long. Some of the burning issues are  appended below:

1)       Enhancement of Grade Pay of IPs  from Rs. 4200 to Rs. 4600/-

2)      To increase the post of PS Gr.B Officers

Assam Circle Branch of All India Association of IPs and ASPs  is very weak both physically and financially. We must  revive our association. It is worth mentioning that the lives of IPs and ASPs  are full of burden, full of threatening. 

It is my earnest request to all  members of the association to keep aside you burdens, throw your threatening, and to join in the next biennial conference to be held at Kaziranga on 17^th and 18^th November 2012  and make the association  one of the strongest one  and make the conference a grand success.

As I mentioned above, the association is financially  very weak . I on behalf of the association request all the members of the association to donate a sum of RS. 500/- (Five Hundred) to make the conference a grand success.
